MADE TO ORDER

Each design is made to order with love and care. Please allow a lead time of about 2-3 weeks for production to ensure we can deliver high quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. If your order is time sensitive, please contact us at hello@laseineny.com


HOW IT’S MADE
Designed and made in New York, La Seine collaborates with local, skilled artisans to guide the birth of each piece.


MATERIALS

La Seine is led by the belief in respect and kindness for the earth and us.

All metals including 18K Solid Yellow Gold are in compliance with the EICC-GeSI Conflict-Free Sourcing Initiative. La Seine offers demi-fine and fine jewelry using precious metals and supports ethically sourced and recycled materials.

18K Solid Gold
18K is gold composed of a higher purity, making it naturally hypoallergenic and less likely to trigger any skin allergies. La Seine sees 18K as a true investment in quality, value and durability with a formula that’s rich in color to compliment all skin tones.

What is 18K Gold Vermeil?
Sterling Silver that is micron plated a (minimum of 2.5 microns thick) in 18K Gold making it more resistant for essential daily wear than gold plating, and recommended for anyone with sensitivity to metal materials. Eligible for the Decade of Love Promise

Why gold?
Gold is a material that has served the world for centuries with its function and beauty. Its inherent ancient properties endure, and when worn is said to help boost oxygen flow improving your well-being through its positive energy. A hallmark of Vietnamese heirlooms, 18K solid gold not only holds value but can live on for generations on end.

ENGRAVING

While every design is made personal by the giver and wearer, we also love a personalized piece. Engraving can be done on select pieces. Please get in touch with your request for more details.

Apple pay, major credit cards and PayPal are accepted for online payments.

SHIPPING

Enjoy $5 shipping on all US orders.

Once an item has been shipped, La Seine is not responsible if the item is lost, stolen or damaged in transit. La Seine uses USPS priority shipping for most domestic orders. If you require signature confirmation option please note during checkout.

If a package is lost, stolen or damaged in shipment a claim needs to be filed with the shipping service provider used and not with La Seine. If a package shows that it has been delivered through the tracking number and the customer is unable to locate their package, La Seine is not responsible and will not issue a refund or store credit.  

TAXES
Taxes are determined by the destination where applicable and are the responsibility of the recipient.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

Your satisfaction with your order is important to us. La Seine offers returns and exchanges for items in new and unworn condition in original packaging. Please take care when trying on your new jewelry and preparing to send it back to us. Jewelry which has been worn, scratched or damaged, will not be accepted. Please return in its original packaging and ensure all pouches are tied tightly.

All return shipments must be postmarked within 7 days of the purchase date. Full priced items purchased with a promotional or discount code are not eligible for refund but may be eligible for store credit or exchange if returned within 14 days of purchase and passes inspection.  

To begin a return, please contact us at hello@laseineny.com with your order number and reason for return, along with with tracking/confirmation for the package. At this time, the customer will be responsible for shipping and drop-off from a preferred carrier for returned merchandise, which must be securely packaged up with all original tags, packaging, etc and include a note with your order number and email address.

A confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as your refund has been processed. La Seine reserves the right to deny any credits if the merchandise does not meet our requirements. 

All items on sale are final sale without exception. Sale items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.  

For exchanges, please follow the return procedure but send a note of specifying the size change or exchange request. Once received and reviewed, the new item will be sent to you at no further cost.

La Seine cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged while in transit. Once we receive your return, a member from our sales team will review your order. Upon approval, your refund will be issued in the form of the original method of payment minus shipping costs. La Seine is not responsible for return shipping costs in this case.

Custom or engraved orders are final sale.
